1. Acceptance of Terms


By downloading, installing, or using Restory ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.


By using the App, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

    Restory is an AI-powered photo restoration application that offers:

  • Photo restoration and enhancement
  • Photo colorization
  • Damage and scratch removal
  • Image unblurring
  • Background removal
  • AI image expansion

    • 3. Subscriptions and Coin System


    Coin System


    Restory uses a coin-based system. Coins are required to use premium features:

    Free users receive 10 coins upon first download to try the app's features.


    4. User Content and Photos


  • You retain all rights to your photos
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos you upload
  • Photos are processed on our servers and automatically deleted within 24 hours
  • We may use anonymized, non-identifiable data to improve our AI models

    • Prohibited Content


    You may not upload:

  • Content you do not have rights to use
  • Illegal content
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Inappropriate content involving minors

    • 5. Acceptable Use


    You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App
  • Interfere with the App's operation
  • Share your subscription with others
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive

    • 6. Intellectual Property


    Restory and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Restory and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.


    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.


    7. AI-Generated Content


  • Results are generated by artificial intelligence and may not be perfect
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before use
  • AI restoration results are approximations and may differ from original photos

    • 8. Disclaimers


    THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.


    We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results will be accurate or reliable

    • Restoration quality depends on the quality of the input image. Heavily damaged photos may not be fully restorable.


    9. Limitation of Liability


    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESTORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

    • 10. Indemnification


    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Restory from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

    • 11. Termination


  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Settings
  • We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately

    • 12. Changes to Terms


    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.


    13. Governing Law


    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.


    14. Dispute Resolution


    Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

    15. Apple-Specific Terms


  • These Terms are between you and Restory, not Apple
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
  • Apple is not responsible for any product warranties
  • Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

    • 16. Severability


    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.


    17. Entire Agreement


    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Restory regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
